We partner with Printify, Inc., a global print-on-demand fulfillment provider, to produce and ship all our products. Since every item is custom-made for you, shipping is an essential part of the process, and this policy details everything you need to know about production, shipping options, delivery estimates, tracking, international shipping, and more.

1. Order Processing and Production

A. Custom Production

  1. Every item is custom-printed when your order is placed. This ensures your product is unique and high quality.

  2. Production time typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on the product type and print provider location.

  3. Production time does not include shipping. Shipping begins after production is complete.

B. Order Confirmation

  1. You will receive an email confirmation immediately after placing an order.

  2. This email includes your order details, shipping address, and estimated production time.

C. Shipping Confirmation

  1. Once your order leaves the fulfillment center, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

  2. This email may include a tracking number or tracking link depending on the shipping method and destination.


2. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times

Earnestlily offers multiple shipping options through Printify’s fulfillment network. The availability of these methods depends on the product and shipping destination.

A. Standard Shipping

  2. International: 10–30 business days, depending on customs and destination.

  3. Standard shipping is the default method for most orders.

B. Priority Shipping (Where Available)

  2. Domestic Priority: typically 2–3 business days after production.

  3. International Priority: 3–5 business days, depending on the destination country.

C. Economy Shipping (Where Available)

  1. Lower-cost option for eligible products and destinations.

  2. Domestic: usually 4–8 business days.

  3. Not all products or destinations support economy shipping.

D. Express or Other Shipping Methods

  1. Some products or print providers may offer additional express or specialized shipping methods.

  2. Options will appear during checkout if supported by the selected product.

E. Notes on Delivery Times

  1. Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees.

  2. Delays may occur due to carrier performance, weather, customs, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

  3. Earnestlily and Printify are not responsible for delays once the package is with the carrier.


3. Shipping Costs

A. Calculation of Shipping Costs

  1. Shipping charges depend on product type, shipping method, and destination.

  2. Costs are calculated automatically at checkout and are based on Printify’s rates.

  3. Shipping costs are not included in product prices.

B. Multiple Item Orders

  1. Ordering multiple items may qualify for reduced combined shipping rates.

C. International Duties and Taxes
